Display Month - QB Windows

Hello ________,

Thank you for your email, I am happy to assist.

From what I can see, it looks like your documents are showing [ANNUAL/TOTAL] rather than monthly data. When you upload into CFO Scoreboard, what we're looking for is one column for each month, and a heading such as e.g. "Jan 2018" at the top of each column. I recommend exporting a new set of statements covering [DATE RANGE], selecting "Month" for the Display columns by setting.

Before uploading the new statements, please clear out the dates from the document headers. CFO Scoreboard may otherwise try to use those as the date range. I have highlighted in blue where these occur in the attachments.

Months-Windows.pngWe have a short video below on how to export your financial statements from QuickBooks for Windows into the format that CFO Scoreboard requires.

Let me know if that works for you! Happy to help further if you have any questions or would like me to walk you through the export process.
