Simple Parent Issue - Numbers in the Parent Row

The simplest of parent issues is when the user has submitted files with a parent account that actually have accounting figures in the same row as the parent. Here's some simple language to address that:

I found an issue with the account [ACCOUNT NAME]. Based on the way your file is set up, this appears to be a parent account, however it also contains accounting figures (numbers) in the very same row. Any accounts with sub-accounts indented underneath are considered parent accounts. The trouble here is that CFO Scoreboard doesn't allow parent accounts to have their own figures -- they are instead intended to function more like group names or headings, rather than actual accounts themselves.

To rectify this, I need some help determining what these figures actually mean. Are these just subtotals for the group? If so, they can be deleted or discarded, as CFO Scoreboard will easily calculate these subtotals internally. Or, if these figures actually refer to what is in reality a real-world account of some form, then those numbers should be moved down into a new row underneath the parent account -- perhaps naming it something like [Account Name] - Other.

Don't forget to swap out the two bracketed [account name] instances above.
