Dates Listed in Document Header or Footer
Hello ______,
Thank you for your email, I am happy to assist.
I have looked at your statements and made a minor change to get them into a better format for you. I have completed your upload and you are now ready to start reviewing your financial performance using CFO Scoreboard!! The modified version of your documents are attached for you to review. Please have a glance when you can and note the change I made.
I cleared out the dates highlighted in yellow from the document headers, CFO Scoreboard tried to use those to define the date range of the accounting data.
CFO Scoreboard has artificial intelligence which estimates the classification of your chart of accounts when you upload. We are 98-100% accurate but in order to be certain, you or your accountant should view that classification page and double check that all accounts are classified properly.
You can view the classification page by doing the following:
- Click on your name at the top right hand corner and select Settings
- Click on the Companies tab on the left
- In the "-Actions-" bar next to the company's name, select Classify Accounts
You can return to these pages as often as is needed! Just remember to save your changes at the bottom of the screen.
If there's anything else I can assist you with please let me know.

I cleared out the export date and time in the upper left hand corner and also removed the date from the document headers. CFO Scoreboard may otherwise try to use those to define the date range of the accounting data. I have highlighted where I made those changes in the attachments for you to review.
