Dates in the wrong format or pattern
Note: the response below should usually fit generally into the template laid out in the General Response format. If this issue was the only issue in the spreadsheet, you don't necessarily need to use the numbered list format ... since there's just one item in the list.
I had to change the pattern of your date headers in your [INCOME STATEMENT OR BALANCE SHEET OR BOTH]. Even though CFO Scoreboard supports a large variety of date patterns, the pattern you had was not supported. To fix this, I replaced your format with a simple month and year and quickly corrected all of your date headings.
Obviously if there's something like foreign-language content in the dates (like Abrile instead of April), you'll want to explain that our system recognizes patterns in English specifically.
I simply changed the monthly headers so that the abbreviations are now in English instead of Italian.
