If User is Getting Confused, Offer a Phone Call

If an email exchange has gone long and the client is getting frustrated, confused, or discouraged, it's long past time to extend the invitation for a phone call / screen-share session. Here are a few ways to do that:

Hi [FIRSTNAME],
I understand that sometimes these technical conversations can be cumbersome to handle solely via email. Can I suggest we get on the phone, and/or do a screen-sharing session, so we can walk through [YOUR ISSUES] together? I am confident that will be much easier and more effective, if you're up for. If so, let me know your availability over the next few days, and the best number at which to reach you. I'd love to connect and get this all straightened out for you.

Or, if the client isn't frustrated yet, but you've written a long complex email, you can end it with something like:

I understand that sometimes these technical conversations can be cumbersome to handle solely via email, so if it would be easier to sort this out on the phone or via a screen-sharing session, just say the word!
